Adults and children aged 16 years and over

• Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours
• Do not use with other medicines containing paracetamol
• Not suitable for children under 16 years
• Consult your doctor if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid issues, or are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Seek medical advice if symptoms persist
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children

1. Pour contents of one sachet into a mug
2. Add hot (not boiling) water and stir until dissolved
3. Sweeten to taste if desired
4. Take 1 sachet every 4 to 6 hours, maximum 4 sachets in 24 hours
