Description

What Are Spedra tablets?

Spedra is a tablet that is used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. It belongs to a group of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE5 inhibitors) that work by increasing blood flow to the penis, which helps a man get and keep an erection.

How Does Spedra Work?

The active ingredient in Spedra is called avanafil. Avanafil belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE5 inhibitors). PDE5 inhibitors work by increasing the amount of blood that flows into the penis, causing the smooth muscles in the penis to relax which helps you to get and keep an erection. When a person takes a Spedra tablet, it is absorbed into their bloodstream very quickly. The medicine then travels to the heart and lungs, before going to the penis where it helps to increase blood flow and cause an erection. The effects of Spedra usually last for around four hours, although this may vary from person to person.
